For talent manager Lolit Solis, Piolo Pascual’s closeness to his son Iñigo Pascual is worthy of admiration.

Solis noted the extreme closeness of the father-and-son tandem while watching an episode from 2018 of food and travel show “The Crawl”, where Piolo and Iñigo had a taste of the cuisine of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

“Kitang-kita mo ang closeness ng mag-ama, ang respeto at love ni Inigo sa father na si Piolo,” Solis observed on her Instagram post yesterday, August 5.

Solis was touched when Iñigo read a letter to his father where he likened himself to a “cellphone” and his parents to a “charging station”.

“Type na type ko iyon binasa niyang letter para kay Piolo na sinabi ni Inigo na isa siyang cellphone at ang charging station niya ay ang father niya at ang mother niya. Na kahit kailan pag alam niya na drained out na sya, running dead punta lang siya sa tatay niya at sure na mari recharge siya agad,” Solis said.

(I like the portion here he (Iñigo) read a letter to his father Piolo and said that he was a cellphone and his charging station was his father and mother. That he knows that whenever is drained out and is running dead, he goes to his father and he is sure that he will be recharged.)

“Kita mo na natural iyong feeling nila at hindi for show dahil kitang kita mo iyon sa pagkain nila, sa palitan ng salita, iyon casual na biruan nila,” she noted.

(You see that they feel natural, it’s not for show because you see it in the way they eat food, in their exchange of words, in their casual jokes.)

And even while Iñigo is not as handsome as his father, Solis felt that the young actor is charming, articulate and and fashionable

“Pag nakita mo silang magkasama mapapansin mo iyon camaraderie nilang dalawa, I think this is one father and son relationship na talagang matibay. Suwerte naman, parehong pogi nila Piolo at Inigo Pascual,” Solis said.
