Rapper, songwriter, producer, and fashion designer Kanye West is set to add another job description to his resumé. Kanye is set to release a cosmetics line named after his mother Donda.
TMZ reports that Kanye already filed for legal documents declaring his intention to produce DONDA, a beauty brand and cosmetics line that will feature perfumes, lotions, and who knows, maybe a damn lip kit. Does he not realize that his sister-in-law Kylie Jenner is actually dominating the market? Heck, she just released Kylighters yesterday.
Well, Kanye has always made it clear that he wants to set up a lifestyle brand, so that’s pretty much encompassing. I won’t be surprised if one day women (and men) wake up using DONDA mascara to match their Yeezys.
