Angela “Lala” Singian is a Manila-based lifestyle journalist with over a decade of experience in art and cultural writing. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a BFA in Creative Writing and minor in Spanish, she’s currently pursuing a Master’s in Art Studies at the University of the Philippines.
Lala has had previous editorial work contributing to a variety of digital and physical outlets. She has worked in art institutions including Artinformal Gallery, Ayala Museum, and the National Museum of the Philippines.
She advocates promoting and preserving Philippine art and culture through accessible storytelling, bridging the gap between artists, cultural institutions, and the general public.
