The season of Christmas always brings back childhood memories of toys and gifts, all aglow with vivid colors of red, green and gold.
Two of my biggest Christmas discoveries are Chipi Davila’s Vanilla Tea Cake and Mida Food’s Smoked Salmon.
For 27-year-old entrepreneur Christine Marie Bowman, the holiday season is a time to tell her loved ones how much they mean to her. And she expresses this not just by giving gifts, but also by sending them traditional greeting cards.
Welcoming the holidays in true fashion statement, Gucci inaugurated recently its flagship store in Greenbelt 4, Makati.
With Christmas and the New Year coming up, people are bracing themselves for all the expenses the holidays usually involve. There are gifts to buy, parties to host and many other activities and events that are often scheduled during the holiday season.

She will arrive there two days before Thanksgiving, rest up a bit, and then get busy with wrapping paper and ribbons for her Christmas gifts.
This pandemic has left this mother to her own devices this holiday season, and I cannot help but reminisce about...
There are many ways to dress up your table for the holidays. The most basic of which is to place a brightly colored tablecloth.
If you can’t work this into your budget or simply want a new look without taking away from your table’s natural beauty, here’s an idea. Take a colorful length of material—this could be a large shawl or wrap, a smaller tablecloth or scrap material—and fold it to resemble a table runner. Now drape it across your table.
Tip: For a round table, measure at least 1/3 of the table’s diameter for your finished width. For a rectangular table, drape the cloth lengthwise, adding approximately two inches to the measured 1/3 width of the table. For both shapes, allow at least two feet to drape from the edge for a good balance and fall.
