Veritas airs Marian prayer

Members of the Legion of Mary may now pray the “Catena Legionis” together through Radio Veritas (RV) 846.

RV is airing the Filipino version of the Catena Legionis led by Msgr. Celso Ditan, spiritual director of the Legion of Mary-Senatus of Northern Philippines, twice a day at 9 a.m., and at 12 a.m.

According to the Handbook of the Legion of Mary, the daily recitation of the Catena Legionis (Chain of the Legion) is the link between the Legion and the daily life of all its members, active and auxiliary, and the bond which unites them one to another and to their Blessed Mother. The daily recitation of the Catena is one of the four standing instructions for the active members of the Legion of Mary.

The Legion of Mary is a lay apostolic association of Catholics present in some 170 countries.
