UST national campus journalism workshop slated Oct. 21-23

The Varsitarian, the 85-year-old official student publication of the University of Santo Tomas, will be holding Inkblots 2013: Beat the Deadline on Oct. 21-23 at the Medicine Auditorium of the St. Martin de Porres Building, UST, España, Manila.


Inkblots, now on its 15th year, is the annual National Campus Journalism Fellowship where hundreds of students learn from the country’s most prestigious and respected journalists. It is organized and subsidized by The Varsitarian.


Speakers include Quinito Henson (sports journalism); Willard Cheng (broadcast journalism); Aaron Favila (photojournalism); Manix and Jess Abrera (cartooning); Eros Atalia (Filipino journalism); Lynette Villariba (layout).


Registration fee is P1,500. Slots are limited and on a first come-first served basis.
