Margielyn Didal just announced that she’s now engaged to long-term partner Jozel Manzanares.
The Olympic skateboarder broke the happy news on Instagram with photos of the romantic proposal. The two are clad in all-white with roses strewn around them as they overlook the hills of the Cebu highlands—it looks like it took place in the wellness center Soul Sierra in Cebu.

“Yes or YES?!!” wrote Didal in the caption. She also noted this was their eighth anniversary, which makes the engagement all the more special.
Many athletes chimed in on the comments section with best wishes for the couple, including fellow Olympian Hidilyn Diaz who wrote, “Congratulations, champ.” Didal attended Diaz’s own wedding last year.
