The Manila Marriott Hotel went all-American last July 4 on the occasion of the American Independence Day celebration. The festivities lasted throughout July.

The “All-American All Good” food fest featured chocolate sculptures of American pop culture icons Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and James Dean.

The hotel’s Manila Ballroom was totally all-American as guests wore red, white and blue. They enjoyed the lavish spread of food prepared in the different stations by executive chef Meik Brammer. Served were barbecue, tortilla chips, Texas chilli and soup.

The huge servings of jambalaya wowed everyone, as well as the generous flow of Beringer wines, Jack Daniel’s whiskey cocktails and Budweiser beer.

Harley Davidson bikes were at the center of the ballroom; RJ guitars were also on display.
