MANILA, Philippines – For Juliet Reyes and Alona Joy Mandigma, bonding moments at SM Supermalls resulted in big rewards when they became the lucky new owners of condo units in Princeton Residences (New Manila) and Blue Residences (Katipunan), respectively.

Juliet, a 76-year-old with a passion for baking, has always held a special place in her heart for SM City Sucat.  A native of the area, she depends on the mall for her daily needs, whether it’s shopping for baking supplies or attending the holy mass. SM City Sucat is also where she would bring her grandchild for special bonding moments. Her winning raffle entry came from groceries from SM Hypermarket.

Alona on the other hand is a 24-year-old who is a regular at Sun Mall—the mall area located in SMDC’s Sun Residences. “It’s a surreal feeling, owning a condo. I’ve never owned anything this big! I don’t even have a car!” Like Juliet, Alona’s winning raffle came from her groceries at Sun Mall’s SM Hypermarket. She also recalled being rewarded with trips to the mall whenever she got good grades at school as a child.
