Bringing Mother Nature to your table can be pretty and a great conversation topic over meals. A birdcage with a little green vignette instead of a live bird is a unique and elegant centerpiece to your table or as decor on a tabletop. It’s quite easy to create with these basic materials:

Bird cage

Cuttings of foliage or little cacti-succulents

Saucer, to hold the floral foam

Arrange your cuttings on the foam according to your desired design.

Succulents may need to be kept steady by piercing a barbecue stick at the bottom of each cactus and using the other end of the stick to pierce through the foam.

Tip: For occasions like Halloween, you can incorporate a skull or pumpkin figure and fairy lights into the arrangement.
