Earlier this week, The Boudoir Dolls was officially launched, perhaps the first all-women photographers group in the country.

Boudoir Dolls offers its services to women who would like to have their milestones photographed and memorialized.

When I was pregnant with my first child, a photographer-friend gifted me with a photo session. The whole experience was quite unnerving but the results are now some of my most treasured photographs.

Boudoir Dolls photographers, since they’re female, hope that their photography sessions would be less intimidating for women.

Through photo sessions with Boudoir Dolls, a woman can strip herself or show her vulnerable side.

Their photography will help a woman tell her story and document her life in such a way that the result is feminine, powerful and touching.
