The representatives from Chevron Philippines, Star Group Gas and Service Station, Inc., Micara Land, Inc., and Solid Base Realty, Inc. during the ribbon cutting ceremony.

The grand opening and blessing of the Caltex service station at Micara Estates-Tanza, located along Antero Soriano Highway, Barangay Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite, was held last December 18, 2015. Guests and representatives from Chevron Philippines, Star Group Gas and Service Station, Inc. (SGGSSI), Micara Land, Inc. (MLI), Solid Base Realty, Inc. (SBRI), graced the event.

The event began with a motorcade from the site going to Tanza town proper to Barangay Capipisa, then back to the site. This was followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony, and the blessing officiated by Fr. Gilbert Urubio of the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish.

In his speech, Atty. Emmanuel Baguioro, Jr., Head of MLI’s Estate and Asset Management Group, emphasized that having the Caltex Service Station in Micara Estates-Tanza fulfills the “alaga” (caring) experience that the company promised to its future residents.

Mr. Kit Daran, District Manager of Chevron Philippines, meanwhile, mentioned that like Micara, Caltex also takes care of the needs of its clients by providing them high-quality fuel. He further highlighted that the deal between Chevron Philippines and Star Group Gas and Service Station is a welcome partnership, as this brings the products of Caltex to more clients.

Ms. Rowena Bato, with her business partners from (SGGSSI), on the other hand, expressed her gratitude to all the people who made the partnership possible, especially because it’s their first time to venture in the fuel industry.

As a sign of appreciation, gifts and freebies from Caltex, MLI and SBRI were given to clients who gassed up during the day. ADVT.
