REDWOOD CITY, California –Seven inspirational women are featured this month at Lifestyle Network, in celebration of Women’s History Month.

The channel also announced the addition of four titles to its program line-up: “Guiding You Home,” “Gardening 101,” “Sweet Talk” and its first original show, “Spice to Life.”

“It gets bigger and better every month with Lifestyle Network,” said Lifestyle Network channel head Aileen Paredes. “This month is about finding and being an inspiration in your corner of influence, and playing big in this world. Exploring our potential and being the best we can be no matter what is our theme, and with this, we proudly premiere these new titles and our first ever original show.”

Cynthia Patos, winner of “The Clash: Search for the Next Great Dessert Master,” makes dessert-making more delectable in “Sweet Talk,” on Sundays at 8 a.m. PT. The series premieres on March 27.

“Guiding You Home” follows the journey of property buyers looking to find their perfect home. Join them on the hunt on Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. PT.

Gardening guru Melanie Walker and herb specialist Warren Lange teach how to create a thriving garden and gorgeous outdoor spaces. “Gardening 101” is on Tuesdays at 11 p.m. PT. The series premieres on March 15.

Celebrated chefs and restaurateurs spice it up on Lifestyle Network’s first original show, “Spice to Life.” They share their secret ingredients to success, highlight their favorite local spots hidden from the average tourist and demonstrate their signature dishes. The series premieres on March 20 and airs Sundays at 7:30 p.m. PT.
