This season, retail and office buildings in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) are bedecked with glistening red ribbons, transforming them into larger-than-life Christmas presents, while the main avenue lampposts and BGC buses are adorned with bows. Even the traffic lights flash green Christmas trees to tell you when to go, while red stars mean stop.
The centerpiece is a 50-foot Christmas tree filled with sparkling ornaments on Bonifacio High Street. At its foot is a massive gift box train, an instant blockbuster and favored selfie spot.
Perhaps the most exciting new attraction this year is BGC’s “Epic Sights and Sounds Spectacle” at Bonifacio High Street Park.
More than a showcase of illuminations and decorations, it is a full production: concert-quality, multicolored strobe lights and moving heads dance in perfect sync with over-the-top, world-class musical scoring from international composer Brock Snow.
