Good suggestion, but it’s not going to happen. Filipinos would rather die without tripes, chicharon, bagoong, fatty pork bellies, crispy pata, fried foods and McDo.

  • Marcos Sewer Rats

Cripy pata, fatty sisig, chicharo bulaklak……. they go straight to your arteries & park themselves there as plaque…… Then the plaque ruptures and bye/bye world.

    “Processed meat: None recommended
    Sugary drinks: None recommended”

Eh. We’re all going to die someday. Even if you don’t get a heart attack or stroke, you’ll get cancer or organ failure if you live long enough. Therefore, no point in denying yourself of great-tasting and highly enjoyable foods and drinks. The key here is moderation.

    • Yolanda Santos

If one suffering from heart disease is to die quickly from heart attack, the garbage he puts into his mouth won’t be an issue.

But if that person’s heart ailment lingers thus burdening his family and relatives from abroad for funds for his heart surgery, then his not looking after his health will be plain stupidity.

I am not referring to anyone in particular, but just speaking in general terms.
