Travel Fest Blossom Deals takes the fun of snagging a bargain offline: for two days, guests at the event get access to exclusive deals on experiences in four hot spring destinations: Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan. Book activities like Kawazuzakura Cherry Blossom Viewing in Japan, Cherry Blossom Festival: Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village Day Trip in Taiwan and Chasing Cherry Blossoms Tour in Korea. They promise over a hundred deals and services, with discounts of up to 50 percent off. Travel fest participants can get access to special bundle deals like Buy 1 Get 1 Mount Fuji and Hakone Day Trip, Buy 1 Get 1 Taipei Double Decker Bus Tour, Buy 2 Get 1 Universal Studios Japan, Buy 2 Get 2 Nami Island and Buy 3 Get 1 Hong Kong Disneyland.
“This is not a traditional travel fair,” said Michelle Cruz, market lead for Klook Philippines. “We offer discounts, insights, games, prizes and immersive experiences.”
Guests at the event can get help planning their itinerary from Klook’s travel curators. There are inspiring talks and sessions like the one about Traveling in Style led by Liz, Laureen and Vince Uy happening at 3 p.m. today. There are games and creative attraction booths too for everyone to enjoy.
A lot of Klook’s users are young—yes, millennials—but they get a lot of bookings from families too. (Not surprising, given their tie-ups with theme parks.) Michelle hopes to bring Klook’s travel fest experience to Davao and Cebu too.
