MANILA, Philippines–The 27th Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) TravelTour Expo 2020 will be held on February 7 to 9 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

The travel expo, dubbed as “the largest annual gathering on travel and tours,” will have the theme “More > Real.”

“This is the best year to travel, given the long weekends published,” said PTAA President Ritchie Tuaño. “International travel has also become affordable thus we expect not only millennials but also professionals to be active tourists.”

Travelers can expect over 1,000 booths and more than 400 exhibitors from the travel agency and tourism enterprise industry. They can also score up to 70 percent discounts on cruise lines, hotels, theme parks, and airline fares for both solo and group travel.

Last year’s TravelTour Expo, where 394 firms participated and occupied 1,035 booths, welcomed more than 100,000 travelers. This year, the PTAA is expecting even more visitors.

“We want to encourage more Filipinos to travel as a family,” said Tuaño. “After all, traveling is one of the best ways for a family to bond and rediscover each other.”

General admission fee is P70 (including children and students) and P50 for senior citizens.
