Fans say that Lana Del Rey was robbed of awards at the Grammys yesterday, but she won the title of Relatable Queen. When interviewed by Entertainment Tonight (ET) about her dress, she dropped a story we’ve all experienced instead of a designer name.

“So I actually had another dress, and my boyfriend and I were getting a belt for him at the mall. And I saw this, and I loved it. So this is a last-minute dress,” Lana tells Laura Zima of ET.

Usually, award show outfits are planned via months filled with meetings with stylists and designers, pullouts, and fittings. But trust the “gangster Nancy Sinatra” to blow off all of that for something she chose on a whim. Proving that you don’t need much to look good. Sometimes, you go with your gut. Sometimes, the perfect dress finds you at a random moment.

The dress, which I have a feeling shall be copied by your favorite fast-fashion brands, can be found online and on sale at Dillard’s. It’s by the brand Aidan Mattox, a brand “known for red carpet gowns, cocktail dresses, and stylish jumpsuits crafted in fine fabrics and featuring stunning embellishments and embroidery.”

Del Rey was nominated for Song of the Year and Album of Year for “Norman F***ing Rockwell!” but lost both nods to 18-year-old Billie Eilish. The “bad guy” singer was dressed in head-to-toe Gucci for the awards show.
