Actress Heart Evangelista is indeed filled with joy and pride as she helps out local artisans in Sorsogon, the home province of her husband, Gov. Francis “Chiz” Escudero.
She continues to feature their products and crafts in her own personal social media pages. Her Instagram posts were recently replete once again with of photos of their handiwork.
In particular, Evangelista paid homage to the women weavers of Sorsogon today, July 23..
“Collaborating with these amazing women artisans of Sorsogon for #LoveMarieXSorsogon. Truly can’t wait for you to see what they have to offer. #MahalKongSorsogon,” Evangelista said as she showed the female artisans and their bags.

The actress and TV host was also seen wearing a native “Sorsogon hat.” She also gave fans a look at her favorite pili nut by-product, a large mat and curtain.
Her fans and followers showed their admiration of her efforts to promote local artisans. One @jorubio_ said, “I admire your relentless support for the local crafts. It tremendously [helps] our economy get back on track. You are brilliant @iamhearte.”
