It has been more than five months since quarantine and health protocols have been introduced to the public, but TV host and broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez-Roxas admits she is still in the process of adjusting.
“I think work, at least for me, has practically caught up since lockdown by 100%, even more. Not complaining. Thank you, Lord, for the work,” she said in an Instagram post today, Aug. 25, where she can be seen in a meeting with her staff via Zoom while being with her twins Pepe and Pilar.
“Am trying to adjust to the new normal as best and fast [as] I can while staying safe for my family,” she pointed out.
Sanchez also stated that the new set-up is a big deviation from her former face-to-face interactions with her staff.
“So, eto. Kasama sa staff meeting ang mga bagets. Hahaha. Hope they learn something from it,” she joked, referring to her kids. (So, here we are. The babies are with us during our staff meeting [laughs].)

She also said she believes that the future to be experienced by her kids is really heading online, where everything will be done using the internet.
“THIS is their future I suppose. Where and when people talk mostly on gadgets? Huwag naman sana (I hope not),” she said. “Trying as best to juggle and balance. A balanced life is the #BestLife.” JB
