With “Reframing Your Past: Be the Hero of Your Own Story,” @atmapremawellbeinggroup launches an online series of workshops on all Wednesdays of April- 7, 14, 21 & 28 at 5PM, to show you how you can change your stories to change your life.

In these 90minute sessions, Certified Self-Love Solution Teacher & Counselor, @heartworkshealing Coach and Storybringer Leah C. Eriguel will guide you into being the author of your own stories so that you are the hero. You can choose to attend only the topics that resonate with you or get a discount when you sign up for all 4.
You don’t need to be a writer! The only requirements are an open heart, your pen and notebook and the desire to carve time to get closer to the Self-Love that you so deserve.

What self-limiting beliefs are you holding back? Change those beliefs, change your story…we will show you how.
Session 2: “The Child in You”
Who were you before you let the world change you? Stop trying to heal the child, be the child and learn to generate joy from within.
Session 3: “Courage to be Vulnerable”
What would it be like to break the myth that vulnerability is weakness? Develop a relationship with yourself wherein it is safe to develop intimacy with the self.
Session 4: “Rewriting your Story through Transcendence”
What is your getting back up again and rising up story? How did you transcend your pain? Here we focus on solutions and celebrate the mastery in rising up.
