“BidaMan” first-runner-up Eris Aragoza went candid and admitted that while making his first movie, “Momshies: Ang Soul Mo’y Akin,” he felt a serious case of being starstruck by his cast members Karla Estrada, Melai Cantiveros and Jolina Magdangal.

“Sobrang nanibago ako. Na-startruck ako kasi siyempre ate Melai, Ate Jolens tapos si Ate Karla. Sobrang kinakabahan, naninibago pero feeling ko naman ay nagawa ako nang maayos ang trabaho ko,” he said during the online press conference for the movie last May 8.

(It felt new to me. I got starstruck by Ate Melai, Ate Jolens and Ate Karla. I was so nervous, it was all new to me but I felt I was able to do my work properly.)

Working with the three stars and the rest of their other co-actors indeed was pleasant for Aragoza, who likened the experience to being on vacation instead of working.

In the movie, Aragoza plays the brother of Cantiveros and Juliana Parizcova Segovia, the first Miss Q&A grand winner of “It’s Showtime.” He enjoyed working with DJ Jhai Ho as well, also in the film, whom he calls his buddy.

“Tropa ko si DJ Jhai Ho. Sobrang bait niya. Parang kapatid ko siya. Kapatid ang tawag ko sa kanya. Pinapayuhan ako niyan ni DJ Jhai Ho about sa showbiz kasi bago pa nga lang ako, nagsisimula pa lang,” he said.

(DJ Jhai Ho is my friend. He’s so kind. He’s like a brother to me. I call him my brother. He gives me advice about showbiz because I’m still new, I’m just starting.)

“Momshies! Ang Soul Mo’y Akin” will begin streaming on May 28 via KTX.ph, iWant TFC, TFC IPTV, Sky Cable PPV and Cignal PPV. JB
