Taking care of one’s physical health is a must for Kris Bernal which is why fans often find her talking about its benefits.
“It has been part of my system since 2014. I’ve worked my ass off and no one’s gonna stop me now,” the actress stated on her Instagram page today, Aug. 30.
Bernal believes that fitness is way more than being healthy physically. She attests that by being conscious about her fitness, she has become “mentally stronger” too, “in ways [she’s] never pushed [herself].”
“Fitness has taught me how to love working out solely for myself,” she added.
Among other things she learned were how to stay balanced, and “core training for overall stability” which she said is “far more important than the idea of having ‘ABS.'”
Bernal also feels that to be strong, one needs to go beyond just picking up weights. For her part, she says she avoids “negativity and [an] unrealistic mindset.”
Meanwhile, in another Instagram post a few days ago, Bernal promised fans that she will reveal details of her wedding preparations, including the behind-the-scene meetings from six months ago, which she said she will also feature in her YouTube vlog. JB
