With gratefulness from an outpouring of blessings, actress and entrepreneur Dimples Romana remembered and shared the Bible verses which her father told her about when he was still alive.

Romana recalled how she learned a lot from her father’s favorite Bible verses, as per her Instagram page yesterday, March 1, where she shared a photo of herself with her husband Boyet, daughter Callie and son Alonzo.

“Ending today with a heart full of so much gratitude, love and peace,” she said.

She was very happy to have received “blessings over blessings” on her personal and professional life.

“LORD Salamat Napakabuti mo. In the famous words of my Papa Bong in heaven, siksik liglig at aapaw na blessings anak para sa pusong mapagpakumbaba at mapagbigay,” she said.

(Thank you, Lord, you’re very kind. In the famous words of my Papa Bong in heaven, overflowing blessings come to those who are humble and generous.)

“I don’t deserve it yet your grace and generosity would follow me and my tiny family everywhere we go,” she added. “Sabi nga ng Papa Bong ko (As what my father Bong said) before he passed on and [was] called back to the heavens, if there are [Bible] verses he’d like for me to remember all my life, it’s that that’s written behind our family photo, and another would be, HE who humbles himself will be exalted and he who exalts himself will be humbled.”

Behind her family in the photo is a Bible verse written on the wall, Psalm 46:11: “Be still and know that I am God.”

The other verse she is referring to is Matthew 23:12: “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”

“And lastly to share with you tonight, pray for those who mistreat and persecute you that you may be children of the FATHER in heaven. Ang gandaaaaa (very beautiful)” she added. This refers to Matthew 5:44.

Romana also prayed for those who are “in need of provision, of forgiveness, of healing, grace and abundance and peace,” as she thinks peace of mind may be the hardest thing to achieve these days.

“And above all these beautiful and bountiful blessings is this tiny little gang of love that we @papaboyetonline have going for us. Ito na yung PINAKAYAMAN ko,” she said. (This is my wealth.) JB
