Sunshine Place members and guests recently celebrated its eighth anniversary with a tea party theme.

“I just want to thank everybody for your friendship, for the camaraderie, for making the Sunshine Place what it is today. We have so much to look forward to, and are grateful that we can get together again, a little bit, a little more in a safe way,” said Sunshine Place president Lizanne Uychaco.

It was an evening of great music as the Pastors—lawyer Tony Pastor on the piano, and his brother Rafael—traveled all the way from Batangas to serenade members.

It was also an evening of dance as members performed to the beat of “Uptown Funk” and “Macarena.”

Baby Babao wins Best Dressed Award.

Sunshine Place raffled off gift certificates, tickets to Sunshine Classics 2022 and handbags in colorful prints. An award was also given to the evening’s best dressed.

The celebrations also featured a throwback corner where photos from milestones and activities in the past years were shown.
