Jiggay Serag’s Aurelia takes off from an unlikely source of inspiration: a marine biologist’s illustration of a jellyfish. Hence, every other piece presents pleats and folds that mimic the sea creature’s features. By balancing these details out with the use of white and black fabrics, Jinggay manages to make the collection wearable and approachable.
