Born and raised in Rome, Chef Valerio was but just a young teen when his culinary career kicked off at the tender age of 15. Chef Valerio’s passion for cooking began at a young age, having grown up in a family with a deep appreciation for quality ingredients and traditional Italian cooking methods.
Over the last two decades, he has worked in various prestigious establishments around the world, including London, New York, Monaco, and Singapore.
