The studio is located at the PNB Building on Doña Julia Vargas Avenue in Pasig City. It is a two-in-one destination where the first floor is dedicated to beauty and cosmetics retail, while the second floor is the aesthetic clinic.
The KNatural team meticulously curated 10 brands from makeup to skin care. They are the official distributor of P.Calm, Genoderm, Dr. twenty project, Chosungah, MGDD, LBB, JMsolution, Beauadd, AboutTone and 12Grabs.
The display and the interiors are kept streamlined and neutral such that it feels like walking into a store in Gangnam. Korean products are mindfully incorporated in everything. All the machines used in the studio are made in Korea.
It took at least six months of preparation for the staff to be ready. Korean experts flew in to personally train the Filipino staff on how to operate the machines correctly and familiarize themselves with the products. Dr. Cruz was also hands-on in making sure that the staff was ready before the studio opened.

The result is a relaxing K-beauty experience. The facial massage that goes with the chosen treatment follows the Korean way of massaging the face. Rather than just moving the hands on the skin to make the client feel good, the massage focuses on areas such as the lymph nodes and the jawline to alleviate the puffiness of the cheeks and reduce the double chin.
