Climb out of silver with the new banger coming on July 24, 8 a.m. KST
It’s always more than just a game when it comes to Riot. Since their League of Legends days, the LA-based gaming company has been known for releasing breathtaking cinematics and LSS-inducing songs. They’ve also gained critical acclaim for their animated series “Arcane” which is already slated for a second season.
It’s a trend that has carried over to their FPS shooter “Valorant” and continues with the arrival of the incoming champions tournament anthem, “Superpower,” with Julie and Natty of Kiss of Life and Mark Tuan from GOT7.

The song is set for release on July 24, 8 a.m. KST. “Superpower” is the fourth in “Valorant’s” line of champions tournament anthems and if we’re judging by track record, it’s bound to be good.
The upcoming collaboration follows the release of Kiss of Life’s latest single and summer bop “Sticky.”
Since GOT7’s contract with JYP expired in 2021, Tuan has since focused on his solo career, with numerous releases from his 2022 album “The Other Side” to his latest EP “Fallin’.” He also visited the Philippines earlier this year for a solo concert.
Valorant Champions is set to take place in Seoul, Korea from Aug. 1 to 25. The season-ender will feature four teams from each playing region for a total of 16 total participants. Teams are currently in the middle of their regional qualifiers.
