The quarantine has made chefs and bakers out of us. It all started with that Dalgona coffee trend, and then the outpouring of Instagram stories of people concocting all sorts of dishes I didn’t even know existed.
Certain restaurants have also rolled out these home meal kits that could easily make anyone feel like a professional after simply assembling and reheating them. And then of course, the frustrated baker in me can’t blame people for whipping up hefty batches of pastries to satisfy their cravings and keep themselves preoccupied during quarantine.
