Chef Carlo Miguel, who lost over one hundred pounds and is now running popular restaurants like Draft, Publiko, and 71 Gramercy, led the stepping up to better health.

Visitors feasted on mouthwatering dishes that healthy foodies like Chef Carlo Miguel have stepped up to not just taste good, but be good for you! Healthy foodies like Lunch Box Diet, The Sandwich Guy, Yummy Diet, The Mango Farm, Fitness Gourmet, Kitchen Manila, Jamba Juice, and more, were present at the event.

Well-known DJ, television personality, food blogger, and lifestyle columnist Sam Oh hosted the program, which included live food demos from healthy food experts. While these were ongoing, visitors were also able to drop by the various Step It Up booths. The Step It Up and Twist booths showcased healthier dishes by either changing only one ingredient or the way it is cooked. The Step It Up and Create booths whipped up new healthy dishes which tickled the taste buds. The Step It Up and Squeeze booths meanwhile encouraged juicing to help void carbs and sugar.

Visitors also discovered how that one step of rinsing with Listerine after brushing can improve oral health. Rinsing stations, which could be visited after each activity, allowed guests to experience the benefits of Listerine in stepping up to having a healthier mouth.
