FRIENDS of the Cultural Concerns of the Philippines (FCCP) recently held its annual fundraising event at the Manila Polo Club in Forbes Park, Makati.

For its fifth event, FCCP teamed up with an elite group of fashion designers for a show called “Philippine Couture and the Young Masters” to benefit FCCP scholars who are pursuing courses in the performing and visual arts at University of the Philippines, St. Paul University and Sta. Isabel College.

The fashion show showcased the works of couture legends Pitoy Moreno, Ben Farrales, Aureo Alonzo and Patis Tesoro in a special portion modeled by FCCP’s glamorous members.

Maverick fashion designer Eddie Baddeo was among those whose creations were presented in the “Young Masters” suite, worn by supermodel Ava Avejar and Ford Model’s Supermodel of the World Philippines winner Emerald Villahermosa. All three Baddeo gowns complemented by gorgeous Kitsilver jewelry created by Mila Imson.
