Dream Cruises is Genting Hong Kong’s brand-new cruise line catering to the large and rapidly growing high-end market in Asia.
It’s committed to luxury and to the highest level of guest service and spacious comfort in the region.
After the handover from Meyer Werft to Dream Cruises this month, Genting Dream, the first ship of the fleet, will begin her epic ocean voyage that will take her from Germany to Gibraltar, through the Mediterranean Sea and the Suez Canal, and across the Indian Ocean with visits to India.
Soon after, Genting Dream will arrive in Singapore on Nov. 4 with a two-night High Seas cruise, followed by a six-night cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong.
The cruise offers an itinerary through Vietnam, calling in at Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and Da Nang. She will debut her maiden cruise itinerary from her dual homeport of Hong Kong and Guangzhou (Nansha), China, in November and offer two- and five-night Vietnam destination experiences.
From Nov. 13 to March 31, 2017, the two- and five-night night cruise will provide an opportunity to explore Vietnam’s scenic Da Nang, calling at Hanoi (Ha Long Bay). Guests looking for a shorter break also have the choice of a two-night weekend cruise to Hong Kong or Guangzhou throughout the inaugural seasons of Genting Dream.
Genting Dream will accommodate a lower berth of 3,400 guests, with 2,000 crew members, forming the leading crew-to-guest ratio in Asia-based cruising.
There’s a range of comfortable accommodation options, with over 70 percent of staterooms featuring private balconies.
There are over 100 connecting rooms for family and larger groups.
There are over 35 restaurants and bar concepts capturing the flavors of Asia and the world.
