Healthcare risks are naturally lessened when medical services are located in a single area. TopHealth, which prides itself on being a one-stop medical center, further expanded its already expansive list of offerings.
Last Oct. 15 at SM City San Lazaro, TopHealth not only celebrated its 15th anniversary but also the grand opening of its clinic expansion. The 400 sq.m multi-specialty and multi-diagnostic clinic now boasts an additional 220 sq.m of space. The clinic has been providing quality affordable medical services in Sta Cruz, Manila since 2009 and consists of a team of more than 70 doctors.

“We made the expansion because the demand for our services was so high that sometimes we had no space for the patients and they had to wait outside,” says TopHealth managing director Daniel Obradó. “The expansion has brought additional space and capacity so our patients will be able to keep experiencing our high standard of service with comfort and with no long waiting lines.”

The clinic expansion emphasizes women’s health, with an exclusive area for OB-GYN and ultrasound services. Pediatric, ophthalmological, and dental services are also now available.
The new TopHealth space also includes a wellness center with a dedicated space for executive checkups, which also has an exclusive waiting lounge. The expansion is completed with a derma center that offers a wide range of skin treatments and cosmetic services, from facials and peels to lifts and other non-invasive services.
“In the case of the derma center, we are expanding our offerings to include aesthetic derma procedures. Women are the majority in the community we serve and they demand those services, which are not really extended in the Manila City area. We also allocated the women’s clinic and the pediatrics services in the new space so women and children will have a separate, more comfortable space to access medical services,” Obradó adds, explaining the rationale behind the new services.
TopHealth, through its mobile clinic, also offers corporate employee wellness medical services—an annual physical exam that includes electrocardiograms, pap smears, and lifestyle laboratory and drug tests.
The Manila-based health center is also accredited by every health maintenance organization) in the Philippines.
