Beauties filled the SMDC Grand Showroom when SM Development Corporation and SM Food Group hosted the Evening Gown competition of the 2012 Miss Earth Pageant recently.
Delegates from Group 3 of this year’s pageant transformed the SMDC Grand Showroom into a grand promenade, where they elegantly walked in their stunning long gowns and captivated the audience as they shared their respective environmental advocacies. SMDC unit owners, who were part of the audience, also had the chance to interact with the candidates who entertained and socialized with the guests. Ms. Guatemala Stefany Miranda, Ms. Thailand Waratthaya Wongchayaporn, and Ms. Norway Nina Fjalestad took home the Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards, respectively, for the evening gown event.
At the end of the night, special awards were given to candidates who garnered the most number of votes from the audience. Event revelers voted Ms. Pakistan ZanibNaveed as Ms. Earth SMDC, while Ms. Germany Nel-Linda Zublewitz was chosen Ms. Greenbag Mobstress.
