As a fitting culmination to the series of Casa Artusi cooking classes held by restaurateur Margarita Forés and Casa Artusi executive chef Carla Brigliadori, the two respected authorities in Italian cuisine hosted a special dinner at The Rainmakers Lounge at the V&A Law Office in Bonifacio Global City, last Thursday, Dec. 4.
Italian cooking is never more interesting, fun and easy to learn than when taught by an expert whose name is almost synonymous with Italian cuisine in the country—chef Margarita “Gaita” Forés.
Without the modern-day mixers and machines, Italian master chef-educator Carla Brigliadori works, on her feet for hours,making fresh pasta. She never wipes the smile off her face—as if the joy of cooking and the grace of her spirit are infused into the dough.
Apparently this has been going on for some months now, but so quietly. CVCLAW, the law firm otherwise known among bad-news consumers as “The Firm,” has been hosting gastronomic dinners for its top clients the past months.
