MANILA, Philippines—Ariella Arrida, Miss Philippines’ bet in the ongoing Miss Universe 2013, favored education as the key to a better future.
“Invest in education, it is your ticket to a better future,” she said during the question and answer portion.
Arida was asked by judge number seven, retired American figure skater Tara Lipinski, what was her opinion on the lack of jobs for young people.
Arida made it to the top five list.
