CHICKEN GALANTINA WITH RASPBERRY SAUCE
What: Enjoy the homey flavor of Filipino cooking with this Chicken Galantina served with raspberry sauce. It’s a deboned chicken stuffed with ground pork, raisins, carrots, green peas, cheese, chorizo de bilbao, mushrooms and secret spices.
