Peta’s theater arts class is back | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

The Philippine Educational Theater Association (Peta) opens its second Theater Arts class to accommodate more applicants for Peta’s Workshop Weekends.

Workshop Weekends’ new class is available for adults and professionals.

It features Peta’s time-tested Integrated Theater Arts approach, which combines five different disciplines in theater—creative drama, body movement and dance, creative sound and music, creative writing and visual arts.

Classes run July 25-Sept. 6, every Saturday and some Sundays, 4-10 p.m., at Peta Theater Center Studios. Workshop Weekends also features courses on Basic Acting and Creative Musical Theater.

First 10 enrollees for this new class get 10-percent off their course fee.

For more information on the workshops, contact Tina Sablayan at 0905-3696003, or Peta at 7256244; or e-mail petatheater@
gmail.com. Peta is at No. 5, Eymard Drive, New Manila, QC.

UAAP teams spend the afternoon at Taco Bell

Last July 4, three UAAP teams–the UE Pep Squad, University of Santo Tomas Tiger Cubs and Adamson Pep Squad–took time off from their busy  schedule and spent a relaxing afternoon at Taco Bell Live Mas concept store in Gateway Mall in Araneta Center, Cubao.

It was an afternoon of fun and camaraderie and a welcome respite from their training. The teams were treated to Taco Bell’s top sellers, Nachos Supreme, Chocodilla Nutella, Mexican Pork Barbecue and, of course, the crunchy taco. Not a bad way for the team and coaching staff to spend the afternoon.

The unique afternoon is part of Taco Bell’s Live Mas campaign. It is Taco Bell’s response to the innovation of the Filipino’s fast-food dining culture—evolving from “food as fuel” to “food as experience.”

Also part of this campaign is to create a new Taco Bell dining experience for both loyal and new customers. So expect Mas Flavor with the freshest ingredients, Mas Heart as we welcome and serve them in our store and Mas Value with our reasonable prices.
