AIMEE Bernardo is an upcoming Filipino artist with roots in photography and abstract expressionism. Her paintings reflect her many interests.
Using acrylic, oil and found objects, Bernardo is exhibiting 18 pieces that include textural additions as well as geometric forms.
In her exhibit, titled “Pat’ak—Seasons of My Mind,” the paintings are “expressions emerging from organic movement and intuitive emotional color, deliberate and accidental, deep thoughts and passion. ”
“Pat’ak” runs till Aug. 30 at Leica Club on the top floor of the Century City Mall on Kalayaan Avenue, Makati.
