It’s been open for almost a year now, but Makati Diamond Residences only recently held its first press event to introduce three linked F&B promotions.

“Champagne Everyday” gives three reasons to enjoy the bubbly with delectable savories for brunch, dinner and on Valentine’s Day weekend or the Easter holidays.

FOR CHEESE lovers, a raclette station is included in the champagne brunch.

At Alfred, the 24-hour restaurant at the lower lobby, guests can enjoy the introductory Weekend Champagne Brunch promo priced at P1,000 net per person, inclusive of unlimited champagnes and dishes like US Angus rib-eye steak, roast rack of lamb, cochinillo and a raclette station every weekend until March 20.

The promo is also available on weeknights until Feb. 29 for P850 net, again with unlimited champagnes and tapas like the different types of Spanish
jamon. This Valentine’s Day weekend, and on March 26 and 27 (Black Saturday and Easter Sunday), there will be a special holiday champagne priced at P2,000 net per person.

ALFRED is the hotel’s all-day restaurant

President and general manager Cecile Ang said they purposely put off any launch because she wanted operations to be running smoothly by then.

“We began accepting our first corporate guests only last September for the two guest floors we initially opened. We had to make sure the rooms were ready for occupancy, so before that we stayed in the hotel for several days, checking and re-checking that everything was in order,” she said.

Located just across the Greenbelt mall complex, the San Miguel-owned Makati Diamond provides the convenience of a serviced apartment with the smart luxuries of a business hotel. It has 418 guest rooms, including 222 studio rooms, 191 suites, and five lofts.

Makati Diamond Residences targets “staycationers” and long-staying guests looking for a luxurious yet functional abode. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 55” LED TV, ceramic stoves, washer/dryer and walk-in closets.

“With our introductory F&B promo, we really just want people to know that we’re open for business. And with prices like these for a buffet brunch that includes unlimited champagne, Angus, roast lamb and lechon de leche, guests are in for a treat,” Ang said.
