Personally, I find that the best sunscreen available is Kiehl’s Ultra Light Daily UV Defense SPF 50 PA+++ because it’s really easy to wear, it’s lightweight and it has an SPF of 50.
This is a definite must-have for any girl at any age. Because I am prone to sunspots, I felt that wearing a sunscreen is not enough. I find that the supplement Crystal Tomato assists in protecting my skin from sun damage. Combining the use of a good sunscreen and a good supplement will certainly fight aging and damage caused by the UV rays.
