The Inquirer judges — readers, rather — have spoken!
Miss Universe-Philippines Maxine Medina is currently leading the #BeTheJudge Miss Universe, an online poll launched earlier this week. Medina gets 13 percent of the votes.
Following the Philippines’ bet is Thailand’s Chalita Suansane with six percent. Chalita, who caught the netizens’ attention when a photo of her with 17 luggage went viral, was a crowd favorite during the preliminary competition.
Taking the third spot is Venezuela’s Mariam Habach with four percent, followed by the American bet Deshuana Barber at three percent, and Indonesia’s Keziah Warouw at 2 percent.
The #BeTheJudge voting site asks readers to pick their “Best 6” candidates, following an announcement from the Miss Universe organizers that they will be selecting Top 6 this year from the pre-selected Top 12.
