It’s a tale as old as time and as… well, us. If you grew up in the ’90s, chances are that Belle, bookish, compassionate, fills-out-a-gown-nicely Belle, would be your spirit princess. She was a departure from the first batch of royal Disney princesses and the most relatable of the bunch until Mulan et al. came along.

When the live-action version of “Beauty and the Beast”—with Emma Watson, no less—started dropping trailers on the internet, everyone started losing it. The wait seemed interminable, but at last, the final rose petal dropped, the movie is now showing in cinemas, and the wait was worth it. The live action version is every bit just as magical as the original animated film, with a few modern twists thrown in to boot.

Uniqlo x Beauty and the Beast

As part of Uniqlo’s ongoing “Magic for All” global collaboration with the Walt Disney Company, the brand just dropped a Beauty and the Beast collection for adults and kids with UT shirts featuring characters from the animated classic, and more feminine, dressier tops inspired by the patterns and shades worn by Belle in the live action version of the film. The collection is available at 35 Uniqlo stores nationwide.

Sport a beautiful mani with Gelish and Morgan Taylor’s Beauty and the Beast collection. The nail polish shades feature pretty pastels and deep reds and pinks reminiscent of the rose central to the story.
