For the third year, dahlings, Tresemmé Runway Ready allowed stylists and designers to witness the season’s hottest hair trends.
With Manila’s fashionphiles and stylesetters in attendance, the salon-grade and stylist-approved shampoo brand presented the fashion creations of Mark Bumgarner, Ivarluski Aseron and Jerome Lorico—all inspired by Tresemmé’s Keratin Smooth range.
Leading hairstylists Lourd Ramos, Victor Ortega and Henri Calayag partnered with the fashion designers and interpreted the latest hair trends.
Bumgarner took modern elegance to a whole new level with softly structured ensembles in red and nudes. His signature feminine touch was modeled by Sarah Lahbati.
Ramos completed the look with various renditions of the very wearable yet incredibly chic modern twist.
Calayag applied the Tresemmé Keratin Smooth Treatment Mask on the hair before creating a bit of volume on top of the head. He made gorgeously salon-smooth tresses.
Bank Bar’s Trolley Nights
In partnership with Hong Kong-based, globally recognized bartender Marek Vojcarcik, Bank Bar hosted Trolley Nights.
Strong and speedily crafted cocktails were prepared with care and precision before the evening rush. The drinks included the Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Gin Martini and Vodka Martini.
“Making tracks on the Bank Bar race course is the G&T Trolley, which now houses our selection of tinctures to brighten each glass,” said Abba Napa of the Moment Group. “Choose from the delicate and floral yet rich Lavender and Cardamom, clean and crisp Grapefruit and Abbott, and pleasantly sour but sugary at the sip Black Lemon and Strawberry.”
The house bitters were added to one’s choice gin, which included a full range from Bombay Sapphire and Tanquerey, Plymouth, Boodles, Sipsmith, Bathtub and Monkey 47.
For extra treat, guests toting their Bank Bar G&T were each given the chance to let their cocktail creativity flourish.
Everyone built their own G&T through a garnish platter, filled with grapefruit and lemon slices, pink peppercorns, cinnamon bark, sibot and fresh herbs. So refreshing, palangga.
Trolley Nights at the Bank Bar is at G/F, RCBC Savings Bank Corporate Center, 26th St., Bonifacio Global City. It rolls out Monday-Friday, 5 p.m.-2 a.m., and Saturday, 8 p.m.-3 a.m. Call 0917-8570852.
