Love reading about food as much as you love eating it? You may want to check out the list of finalists for this year’s International Association of Culinary Professionals awards, which honors the best cookbooks, food writing, and even Instagram accounts within the food community published in 2017.
Originally created as a professional support and networking group by founders like Julia Child and Jacques Pepin, the IACP now includes photographers, stylists, bloggers, marketers, nutritionists, chefs, restaurateurs and artisan food producers.
Every year, the group honors the best food writing and food journalism published in English.
Winners will be announced at the IACP conference which runs Feb. 23 to 25 in New York.
