‘Health box’ for your vitamins, medicines | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

You can use any old box and wrap it in printed paper.

Now a common sight in homes are all sorts of vitamins, supplements and medications that we diligently take to keep the new coronavirus disease at bay. The meds have created quite an eyesore because we were never really prepared to have all these within reach.

Now that we’ve settled into a routine of taking them, we can now start getting them organized and better to look at.

We suggest coming up with your own “health box.”

1. Gather all your medicines and supplements together.

You will also need:

Good-sized box with cover that your meds and supplements will fit in.

Small card, even a calling card with a blank side will do.

Pen

Double-sided tape

Scissors

2. Label your box so your housemates know what’s in it.

3. Use a card or the blank backside of a calling card. You can also use discreet references like “Happy and Healthy.”

4. Cut a piece of double-sided tape and secure it at the center of the cover or where you think it will be more visible.

Tip: You can give any old box an instant makeover by wrapping it in pretty printed paper. INQ
