Nadine Samonte is not about to make a return to show business yet as she enjoys her quiet, domesticated life, being a wife to Isabel Rivas’ son Richard Chua, and mother to daughter Heather and son Titus.

Samonte shared a moment with Heather washing clothes, posted on her Instagram page yesterday, Aug. 19. This early, the former Kapuso actress already taught her daughter to do some chores in the house, and the kid seems to be enjoying it.

“What a wonderful morning with my little Heather, she is so sipag i let her do chores na din para at an early age marunong na sya at natuturuan na,” Samonte said.

(What a wonderful morning with my little Heather, she’s so industrious so I let her do chores. This way she can learn at an early age and she can already be taught.)

Samonte is really taking pleasure from domestic bliss that she appears not interested at all to go back into acting.

“Yes i love washing and ironing and cleaning, mas gusto ko hands on ako sa ibang bagay kasi minsan our kids follow what we do,” she said.

“That’s the reason din (too) kung bakit wala ako sa (why I am not in) showbiz,” she added, stressing that she is “enjoying every minute” with her family. She also later narrated how they were able to finish all the laundry at around 11 a.m., just in time to catch the sun.

“I love doing anything for them,” Samonte said of her family. JB
