TV host and brand new mom Joyce Pring considers self-reflection as an important factor for one’s well-being.
Pring spoke about the benefits of self-reflection in her Instagram page yesterday, Sept 1, where she also shared guide questions that could aid everyone in the practice.
“If you don’t make the time and effort to refocus your mind, you are not giving yourself the opportunity to grow and develop,” she said. “Enhancing our ability to understand ourselves and our values more will help us move away from the distractions and uncertainties of our fast-paced lives.”
Pring added that self-reflection could also help someone “adopt a more positive mindset.” She also warned about dwelling too much on the past, and instead encouraged “refocusing on the things ahead, those that we want to fulfill and be grateful for.” She said this helps in setting up goals.

She has seven guide questions which she uses to reflect and shared these with her fans and followers:
“What’s the greatest lesson you’ve learned lately?”
“What are you most grateful for?”
“What relationship most supports your growth?”
“What new skills have you discovered?”
“What does success look like for you?”
“What changes do you need to make in your daily practices?”
“What words best capture your intention?”
Pring is married to fellow TV celebrity Juancho Triviño with whom she has a child, Alonso Eliam Pring Triviño. She gave birth to their baby last July. JB
