We love film comebacks, especially when Shin Min Ah is doing it. In an upcoming mystery thriller film, the “My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho” star is set to lose herself in memories… and in the water, too. 

As revealed by Soompi, an underwater Shin Min Ah looks straight into our eyes in the poster of “Diva.” Nerve-racking and suspenseful, this film follows Lee Young (Shin Min Ah), a star diver who deals with memory loss and the disappearance of her best friend Soo Jin (Lee Yoo Young) after a car accident. 

As she goes back to the athlete that she was, she confronts the mystery behind her accident. In the trailer, we witness the previous tension between Lee Young and Soo Jin, as envy third-wheels in the friendship. Will the “diva of the diving world’s” remaining memories serve her right? 

“Diva” is dropping on Sept. 23. Though no streaming sites have been listed yet, all our hands are already on deck.
